Thomas S. Feher, Esq.

Founding Member & Trial Attorney

Thomas S. Feher, Esq. is a personal injury and product liability trial lawyer. Within the last year alone, he has obtained $40 million in verdicts. He has worked on hundreds of injury cases with a focus on spine, brain, and catastrophic injuries.


Tom has tried over 40 cases to verdict and been honored with several awards for his work as a trial lawyer including, 2018 CAALA’s "Rising Star" award, 2017 OCTLA’s "Young Gun" award, and 2016 CAOC’s Street Fighter award.


He regularly gives lectures, presentations, and workshops on trying cases throughout the country and on behalf of CAALA, OCTLA, and CASD. He is a board member of the Brain Society of California, Consumer Attorneys of California and the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers Charity where he volunteers his time in the community. Tom is also a 2013 graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College.

Erica Feher

Chief of Business Operations

Erica Feher manages business operations and leads marketing and public relations efforts for Feher Law, APC. She has nearly a decade of experience in marketing and PR for professional service businesses including many of Los Angeles' leading trial law firms and high-profile real estate developments around the world. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Erica earned her bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Betsy Gomez

Paralegal

Betsy Gomez is an experienced Paralegal with a background in personal injury and employment law. She is vital to the firm’s success handling important day-to-day functions including retrieving medical records, calendaring and assisting with trial preparation. Having spent serval years working in the restaurant industry, Betsy brings an upbeat attitude and kindness to her interactions with the firm’s clients. She is passionate about helping people who are in need and enjoys playing a role in helping them to recover from their injuries.
